Bio
Sophia Piao is a Chicago-native and New York-based multidisciplinary artist. They are studying at the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Having previously shown there, they have most recently returned to curate Literature of the Land at Incubator Studio Gallery.
This eclectic group show of emerging artists working in both 2D and 3D was highlighted by Two Coats of Paint in their August gallery guide. As a Jack Kent Cooke Scholar, they are also interested in research of land use and urban development.
